Christmas is fast approaching and 2019 will soon be over. It’s been quite a year for us: lots of stress, lots of new clients, lots of changes, but the best is yet to come! We’ll let you know all about it when the time is right, don’t worry ????
We would also like to thank you once again for all your kind words about our coffees and the quality of our service, shared with us throughout the year, either in person, by phone, by email, in your order, on Twitter or on our Facebook page. We never get tired of it! It still warms our hearts to no end ???? Thank YOU for giving us a chance to be part of your daily life. We truly hope we will keep and deserve your trust for a long time to come!

New Coffee!
In our last newsletter, we mentioned the possible return of the Nicaragua Maragogype. Alas, not only were our tests inconclusive, they were downright horrible… Beurk! Not even close to the one we used to have and love.
However, by some great good fortune, we were able to get some Jamaican Blue Mountain, just in time for Christmas! WOW! You’ve been awaiting its return for so long, now is the time to get some! But hurry, quantities are limited.
Holiday Schedule
This year, we decided to take a break between Christmas and New Year’s, until January 6 inclusively. You have until December 23 midnight to place your order, since delivery services will close earlier on December 24. Otherwise, your order will be processed on our return, on January 7 2020.
Shipping Time
Please take note, that every year during the busy Holiday season, Canada Post suspends their on-time delivery guarantee. So if you don’t receive your order in the usual delay, don’t worry! Always check emails sent by the shipping company to track your package. This way you will know where your coffee is in real time. Make sure their email address is on your approved list and while you’re there, make sure we are too ????
Safe Drop or No Safe Drop
Once again, we urge you to NOT select the SAFE DROP option, due to the many thefts perpetrated during this time of year. Please be advised that Northern-Coffee and the delivery service cannot be held responsible if ever your package gets stolen or lost. It is at your own risk.
Last Words
For some of you, 2019 might have been a difficult year, overshadowed by sadness, loss or any number of life’s challenges. For others, it might have been an exceptional year. Please know that all of you are in our thoughts. We would like to wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas and all the best for 2020, which hopefully, will be filled with joy, love, good health, wonderful surprises and success.

Received mine today. It was not stainless steel, it was all plastic and I don’t drink my coffee out of plastic.

First off, we’d like to apologize for the delayed response. As you can imagine, this is a very busy time of year for us.
We’re sorry to hear that you did not like our Christmas gift. Yours is the only comment of this nature about our new mug. Just so you know, the mugs are indeed made of stainless-steel outside, but unfortunately cannot be made of stainless-steel inside, and so consequently, the double wall is made of either glass or plastic.
We must admit, we are a bit saddened by your message, since it was a gift. We know that our accessories are not the reason why people come to Northern-Coffee, they come for the delicious artisanal roasting of the world’s best arabica coffees. So we hope that you are still enjoying your coffee, because really, that’s what matters most to us.
On this note, we wish you a wonderful holiday season and a great 2020!
