Bold without any bitterness, its rich, buttery, spicy flavors are balanced with a slight floral note and a touch of red berry acidity. An excellent fruity arabica that has many of the wonderful qualities of the Jamaican Blue Mountain without the price.

With its warm, humid climate, Papua New Guinea is particularly well suited to produce a very high quality arabica bean. Growing in the middle of their lush forests, their coffee has notes of cocoa, typical to the eastern region of Jamaica. Actually, this coffee is a transplant of the famous Jamaican Blue Mountain.
