What you need
- 1 lb (454 g) coarsely ground coffee
- 2 L of water at room temperature
- Airtight glass container or a Cold Brewer
STEP 1: Slowly pour the water into the coffee.
STEP 2: Stir everything together.
STEP 3: Close the container and let everything infuse for 18 to 24 hours at room temperature.
STEP 4: Strain the mixture using a coffee filter set in a strainer or, if you used a French press, simply press the plunger.
STEP 5: Enjoy and refresh yourself!!
