Shipping Delays

We would also like to inform you that Canada Post is currently working to stabilize operations after the end of the rotating strikes. Customers (of Canada Post AND Purolator) can continue to expect delivery delays due to unprecedented backlogs and high volumes caused by Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, as well as the upcoming Holiday season. So, if you don’t receive your package in the usual delay, not to worry! Always check the emails from your delivery service to track your order. This way, you will always know where it is in real time.

It’s one of the reasons why we waited to do our Christmas Promotion, that and the fact that we hadn’t received our gifts from Santa yet. Maybe his sleigh was stuck somewhere in the North Pole or his elves also decided to go on strike ????

Safe Drop or No Safe Drop

We strongly suggest that you DO NOT CHOOSE Safe Drop as your delivery option, due to the higher instances of stolen packages during this season. Northern-Coffee and the delivery service cannot be held responsible if ever your package gets stolen or lost. So please be advised, it is at your own risk.

Holiday Schedule

Also, please take note that we will be following Canada Post and Purolator for our holiday schedule. We will therefore be closed on December 25 and 26, as well as January 1st.
