Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders of $110 or more, except in certain farther regions of Canada (see details).*
A $5 shipping fee applies to orders of $50 to $110, shipped via Canada Post. A $7 shipping fee applies to orders of $50 to $110, shipped via Purolator.
A $12 shipping fee applies to orders of less than $50, shipped via Canada Post or Purolator.
Note that we only offer shipping with Canada Post in certain regions as Purolator is subcontracting part of the shipping to Canada Post anyway.
Certain regions are subject to fixed shipping fees:
- $15 for orders of $50 or less
- $10 for orders of more than $50

G0J 1A0, G0J 1G0, G0J 0B1, G0J 0C7, G0J 1E0, G0G, J0Y 3C0, G4T*, A*, B*, C*, E*, R*, S*, T*, V*, P3E*, J0K*, J0Y 2S0, J0Y 1M0, J0Z 1W0, P2B*, P0X*, P6A*, J8L 0A8, P0T*, P0J 1C0, P5N*, P7A*, J0Z*.
An asterisk (*) indicates that all postal codes beginning with the preceding characters are included. For example, G4T includes all postal codes that start with G4T.
Concerning the farther regions of Canada, we have 2 level of shipping fees:
For orders over $50, the shipping fees are $5.00 + $0.005 per g ($2.27 per lb).
For orders under $50, the shipping fees are $15.00 + $0.005 per g ($2.27 per lb).
Guaranteed shipping within 2 to 5 business days.
Please check your emails to confirm whether your order has been shipped. Didn’t receive anything? Check your spam folder and make sure we’re on your safe senders list.
Shipping is handled by Canada Post.

Order Cancellation
We allow order cancellations as long as the order has not yet been shipped. You will know your order has shipped when you receive an email confirming shipment along with a tracking number. We will gladly refund orders that have not yet been shipped.
Please note that although we strive to respond to all customers as quickly as possible, response times may take 24 to 48 hours, even by phone. We therefore encourage you to plan your subscription orders accordingly to ensure you receive a response within this timeframe if you have too much coffee and wish to skip an order. Since you place and schedule your subscriptions yourself, we are not responsible for orders you no longer wish to receive.
