Refund policy
Unless we wish to evaluate the coffee for quality reasons, we do not accept returns, as we cannot reuse this coffee for sanitary and ethical reasons. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for orders placed, but instead offer compensation by reshipping the order or providing the equivalent value in coffee.
This policy covers the following situations:

The coffee received has a defect;

A bag of coffee arrived opened;

You did not receive the correct coffee;

You did not receive your coffee and the Café-Vrac team was unable to resolve the situation with the carrier.
This policy does not cover:

The fact that you do not like the taste of the coffee ordered. Taste is subjective, and this policy does not apply if you tried a coffee and simply did not like it;

Errors made when placing your order.
Returned items will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation
We allow order cancellations as long as the order has not yet been shipped. You will know your order has been shipped when you receive an email confirming shipment along with a tracking number. We will be happy to refund orders that have not yet been shipped.
Please note that although we strive to respond as quickly as possible to all customers, response times may take 24 to 48 hours, even by phone. We therefore encourage you to plan your subscription orders accordingly to ensure you receive a response within this timeframe if you have too much coffee and wish to skip an order. Since you place and schedule your subscriptions yourself, we are not responsible for orders you no longer wish to receive.
Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We do not respond outside of these business hours.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
