How do I subscribe?
When you have found a cafe you like, you simply have to click on the "Subscribe and save 5%" option instead of "Buy once".
A contextual field will then appear, allowing you to choose the delivery frequency.
You can then add it to your shopping cart.
You must repeat these steps for each type of coffee you wish to add to your subscription.
Do I need to place an order to subscribe?
Yes, because this first subscription order will serve as the starting date for the sending frequency.
Where can I enter the promo code SUB15?
You must proceed to the payment stage to apply the promo code. A field provided for this purpose will allow you to add it.

Where can I manage my subscription?
Log in to your account by following the link below to change the frequency or products of your subscription.
*Note : Each product is managed independently. If you wish to change the frequency, you must do so for each product included in your subscription.

What should I do if I receive too much coffee?
Several options are available to you:
- Skip a subscription order
- Reschedule your next order for a time that suits you best.
- Suspend your subscription while you drink all that coffee
In all cases, we recommend increasing the time between orders to avoid receiving them too quickly.

What should I do if I run out of coffee?
First, don't panic (even if you really love coffee). Then, prepay for your next order in your account.
Note that it would be wise to increase the amount of coffee in your subscription or reduce the time between your orders to prevent this from happening again.
We will send the order as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not control the delivery time.

What if I no longer want one of my subscription orders?
Please write to us as soon as possible so we can cancel it before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot retrieve it and therefore will not cancel it.
