Grown at 1750 meters above sea level in the verdant Zarcero region of Costa Rica, the Monte Brisas Honey is the result of the passionate work of Doña María Elena and her family. A pioneer in her region, she transformed the family farm into a true benchmark thanks to her micro-mill founded in 2011.
From the process Honey , where part of the cherry pulp is preserved, this coffee develops a unique aromatic complexity. In the cup, it reveals delicate spicy notes which balance with a fruity and lively finish . Its silky texture and strong personality make it an ideal coffee for espresso lovers with a strong character, but who like to keep a touch of freshness at the end of the mouth.
