I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with your coffee! I grew up in Papua New Guinea and still consider it to be one of my homes, and their coffee is so hard to find in Canada. I was thrilled when I found your site, and even more excited to find out the coffee is sourced from the town I lived in! And your roast was impeccable! It tasted just like the coffee roasted in PNG did! It was such a hit of nostalgia and happiness and really made my day! I also ordered some for my dad for Christmas, and I know he's going to love it! I love…love this coffee!! I ordered [the Costa-Rica Tarrazu] in dark roast and whole beans….amazing!! Excellent flavor…not too bright or citrusy, a subtle chocolatey taste to it… (to me anyways) makes a perfect cup. This is the second time I’ve ordered from here…I am hooked now!! Perfect grind, perfect taste, exactly what I was hoping for. dark roast, Turkish grind, I get all the taste of this amazing Tarrazu coffee...
