Coffee beans cultivated in Mexico typically have a lighter body and a nutty flavour. But some, such as this one, can have a bolder taste with more pronounced acidity. You may also notice hints of chocolate.
This coffee has an intense and very aromatic taste. A light fragrant acidity gives it all its character.

Our new Mexican coffee was selected for its approach that’s more respectful of both the environment and the people who cultivate it. Even without Fairtrade or organic certification, it comes from a carefully managed lot designed to reduce its impact and better support the producers. The result: a delicious coffee with as much heart as flavor.

Excellent coffee. 1/2 Light – 1/2 Dark is a great balance between strength and flavor. Gives consistently perfect espresso.
