Behind the Cup
For many developing countries like Guatemala, coffee represents their only serious source of revenue. Guatemala is the 7th biggest coffee producers in the world. It has a 30 year volcanic cycle that replenishes the soil and gives a unique smoky fragrance and lovely acidity to its coffee.

I have tried several of the Organic Fair Trade coffee blends and they are all outstanding. Guatemala Antigua is my favourite. It is rich and delicious and it tastes wonderful when brewed as espresso. But even better, it has so much flavour that it holds up beautifully as an Americano. This website is easy to navigate and offers great descriptions of the various coffee blends. Also, my orders always arrive quickly.

I order what they call their ½ & ½ combination which is light/dark combined, it has a vibrant, deep, alive body, with no bitter after taste

Outstanding. This is a consistent favorite of ours. We order the 1/2 & 1/2.
